Any personal data supplied by you is used only in relation to the rental of the property.  Personal information of all persons staying at the property is entered onto a secure web site of the Ministry for the Interior in Spain as required under Spanish law; the information being specifically name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number and issue date, home address and contact details for all age 14+, and name, DOB, relationship to adult guest and their contact details for those age under 14 years.  

The details are retained for the period of time required under Spanish and/or UK law.  As owners of a legally registered holiday let property we cannot agree to rental of the property without the legally required information being supplied on the Guest Information Sheet that will be supplied before the final payment is due, and failure to provide said information by said date (without genuine reason) will be viewed as a cancelation by you of the agreement to rent the property.  Full cancelation policy available on request and is included in the rental contract.

Names, telephone numbers, flight details and ages of children are also supplied to our keyholders to enable them to fulfil their responsibilities.
