House By The Pool is in Playa Flamenca in the Orihuela Costa, south Costa Blanca, Spain.   Your place to relax and enjoy a holiday with all the comforts of a modern home, and the convenience of everything to make your holiday and enjoyable and pleasurable time within walking distance.


This is a fully air conditioned quad house is on a small gated residential community with two communal swimming pools.

The well furnished terraces overlook one pool in a gated garden next to the house, with tables, loungers, seating and barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing.  The first floor balcony has a private seating area for those quieter moments.  The rooftop solarium has an outside lounge, sun loungers and table and chairs for daytime relaxation or an evening glass of wine.


The well equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher and everything needed for your home cooking and entertaining needs.  The spacious and light lounge and dining room have ample seating for all.  International tv, CD player and CD's, DVD player and DVDs, PS2 and games, family games and a few children's toys.  Highchair available on request.


There are 3  good size double bedrooms, 2 can accommodate an extra single bed if required, and a travel cot is also available on request.  One bedroom is on the ground floor with an adjacent shower room.  The other two bedrooms share the main family bathroom upstairs, the master bedroom having access to the private balcony.


All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating making it suitable for your summer holiday, winter sun holiday or even a long weekend break.   Plus the Wi-Fi, all utilities, air con, bedding and house towels are included in the rental.


The location means that you are not dependent upon having a hire car as there are plenty of shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. The nearest beaches are under a mile away.  In the evening you can stroll to one of the local bars or restaurants, some have live entertainment. On Saturdays there is a very large street market. La Zenia Boulevard shopping complex, boasting over 150 shops, bars, restaurants, children's play areas, entertainment and bowling alley, is under 15 minutes walk from the house.  Go karts, gym, sports centre and casino, paddle courts, crazy golf or mini golf.  There is a championship golf course a bus ride away and three others just a short drive or taxi ride.  Or just relax and chill on one of the terraces or by the pool!


If you do hire a car, parking is off road on the private driveway next to the house.

The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is really well and the layout of the house. Would definitely stay at the house again.

The house was a pleasure to stay in, with large and spacious bedrooms, so plenty of space for our belongings. We did not have a car but everything was within walking distance and there was plenty to do. All round a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend it to friends and family
