Reservation and Costs

The costs shown are per week and per night for full use of the house, pools and gardens for up to 6 guests, for 7 or 8 guests we charge an extra £10 per person per stay.  You may stay for full or part weeks (min charge 4 nights except July and August when min charge is usually 7 nights).  Under regional law, all holiday lets are currently limited to max 10 nights.

All bed linen, house towels, wifi, electricity (inc. air conditioning) and water, welcome pack and personal checkin are included in the rental.  A charge of 100 euros is payable to the keyholder on arrival for the cleaning of the house and washing of bedding and house towels on your departure.  An extra 10 euros per person for 7 or 8 guests is charged.

Standard checkin time is 4pm and checkout is 10am but we try to be flexible and accommodating regarding arrival and departure times when possible and arrival/departure can be any day of the week subject to availability.  Our keyholders charge a fee of €20 for arrivals and departures in the hours between 9pm and 11pm.  Due to the requirement that all checkins are attended, checkin is not usually possible between 11pm and 7am , so please book flights that ensure arrival time at the house is NOT between 11pm and 7am.

Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.  Please contact us for price if paying in Euros.

A deposit of £200.00 is required to confirm and secure your booking. Should you choose not to proceed with the holiday before full payment is due the deposit is not returnable. 

Full payment of the amount stated below is required 8 weeks before your holiday is due to commence. The deposit is returned to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday once we have confirmation from the keyholder that all is in order. 

Cancellations after the full payment of the holiday has been paid: We suggest that to allow for unexpected cancellation of your holiday that you take out independent insurance. Refund of any rental already due and paid is subject to being able to re-let the property for the appropriate dates and an amount for administration will also be deducted. In the event of cancellation after the rental has been paid the deposit will still be refunded. 

Failure to supply legally required personal ID information under Spanish Law BEFORE the commencement of the stay will be viewed as a cancellation by the renter with no refund due.  All guests, by law, must be registered as staying at the property.
